absolutely disappoitng experience! the parking situation was a nightmare, and the elevator almost took my bumper as a souvenir, very narrow! and let’s not talk about breakfast, it was a disaster, and we couldn’t even get a proper room upgrade as i presumed woudl ve been normal. almost left a glowing review but just couldn’t.
